This balm in the shape of a lip crayon, feels smooth while applying and has a decent wear time.
Stays well for about an hour before reapplying the balm, however eating and drinking will shorten the time of reapplication, since it'll easy rub off.
This would be acceptable for any season or weather, since it is lightwear and hydrating all at once.
The is little to no fragrance or smell from the product.
Overall, the price and quality is decent for the product you get and I would purchase more of this kind balm, since I know it works and I could apply it like a favorite chapstick.
